  • Anchors
    • Concrete Anchors Florida Fastener offers a wide assortment of mechanical anchors for light, medium and heavy duty applications in base materials such as concrete, masonry and drywall. For applications where there is concern about the risk of concrete cracking, specific anchors have been designed and tested to offer increased reliability.
      • Concrete Screws Concrete screws are 3/16″ and 1/4″ diameter masonry screws for attaching all types of components to concrete and masonry. Available in hex and phillips head designs in three colors. Use with appropriately sized drill bits included with each box. Warning: Industry studies show that hardened fasteners can experience performance problems in wet or corrosive environments. Accordingly, use these products in dry, interior and non-corrosive environments only.
      • Concrete Screws – Stainless Steel Stainless-steel masonry screws are ideal for attaching all types of components to concrete and masonry in environments where corrosion is a concern. These screws combine the versatility of our standard masonry screws with the benefits of enhanced corrosion protection. The combination of 410 stainless steel and a protective coating provides excellent corrosion resistance. Available in hex and phillips head, they are designed for use with appropriately-sized drill bits that are included with each box.
      • Drop-in Anchors Drop-in anchors are internally-threaded, deformation-controlled expansion anchors with a preassembled expander plug, suitable for flush mount applications in solid base materials. The anchor is set by driving the expansion plug towards the bottom of the anchor using the setting tool. Drop-in anchors are also available in coil-threaded versions for 1/2″ and 3/4″ coil threaded rod.
      • Sleeve Anchors Sleeve anchors are pre-assembled expanding sleeve anchors for use in all types of solid base materials. These anchors are available in acorn, hex, or flat head styles for a wide range of applications.
      • Titen HD Anchors The Titen HD is a patented, high-strength screw anchor for concrete and masonry. The self-undercutting, non-expansion characteristics of the Titen HD makes it the ideal anchor for structural applications, even at minimum edge distances and under reduced spacing conditions. The proprietary cutting teeth enable the Titen HD to be installed in one eighth of the time when compared to traditional expansion anchors, and at significantly reduced installation torques. The anchor can be installed with a standard ANSI tolerance drill bit and is removable. Recommended for permanent dry, interior non-corrosive environments or temporary outdoor applications.
      • Wedge Anchor – Carbon Steel Wedge anchors are a non-bottom bearing, wedge-style expansion anchor for use in solid concrete or grout-filled concrete masonry. A one-piece clip ensures uniform holding capacity that increases as tension is applied. The threaded stud version is available in eight diameters and multiple lengths. Threaded studs are set by tightening the nut.
      • Wedge Anchor – Stainless Steel Wedge anchors are a non-bottom bearing, wedge-style expansion anchor for use in solid concrete or grout-filled concrete masonry. A one-piece clip ensures uniform holding capacity that increases as tension is applied. The threaded stud version is available in eight diameters and multiple lengths. Threaded studs are set by tightening the nut.

  • Washers
    • Galvanized Flat Washers Washers are used to spread the load of a bolt or screw over a larger area or to help prevent loosening under vibration.
    • Galvanized Spring Lock Washers Split Lockwashers, also known as Helical Spring Lockwashers, are available in a variety of materials and finishes. The offset split ends of the washer create tension when it is clamped down, creating a strong hold.
    • Galvanized Square Washers Bearing Plates give greater bearing surface than standard cut washers, and help distribute the load at these critical connections.
    • Stainless Steel Flat Washers Washers are used to spread the load of a bolt or screw over a larger area or to help prevent loosening under vibration.
    • Stainless Steel Spring Lock Washers Split Lockwashers, also known as Helical Spring Lockwashers, are available in a variety of materials and finishes. The offset split ends of the washer create tension when it is clamped down, creating a strong hold.
  • Simpson Strong-Tie
    • Holdowns and Tension Ties Holdowns and Tension Ties for wood and masonry
      • HD Simpson Strong-Tie offers a wide variety of bolted holdowns offering lowdeflection performance for a range of load requirements. All of these holdowns have been tested in accordance with ICC-ES’s AC 155 acceptance criteria and are approved for use in vertical and horizontal applications.
      • HDC The unique design of the HDC holdowns eliminate eccentricity. They install with Simpson Strong-Tie® Strong-Drive® SDS screws (included) to reduce slip and provide a greater net section area of the post compared to bolts.
      • HDU HDU Holdowns are pre-deflected during the manufacturing process, virtually eliminating deflection under load due to material stretch. They use Simpson Strong-Tie® Strong-Drive® SDS screws which install easily, reduce fastener slip and provide a greater net section when compared to bolts.
      • LTT/HTT Tension ties offer a solution for resisting tension loads that is fastened with nails. The entire line of tension ties has been tested and evaluated to the requirements of AC155.
      • PA/HPA Wood-to-concrete connectors that satisfy engineering and code requirements. The PA is code listed in ICC-ES ESR-2920under the 2009 and 2012 IBC and have been tested to meet the requirements of ICC-ES acceptance criteria AC-398 for cracked and un-cracked concrete
